SustainQ's carbon accounting functionality is aligned with the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, using spend-based and activity-based methods across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. The platform uses a proprietary emission factors database sourced from publicly available and privately licensed data sources, including government agencies, research bodies, and industry standards organisations.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy and currency, emission factors, conversion rates, and regulatory mappings may change. SustainQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the platform.

Regulatory & Compliance

SustainQ supports alignment with mandatory and voluntary sustainability reporting frameworks including AASB/ASRS S1 & S2, ISSB (IFRS S1/S2), UK SRS, CSRD/ESRS, GHG Protocol, and UN SDGs. However, SustainQ is a technology tool - not a compliance service.

Assurance, audit, and regulatory compliance services required under mandatory disclosure regimes must be obtained from authorised and qualified institutions. Use of SustainQ does not guarantee regulatory compliance or audit readiness.
